What is the processing accuracy, and does it meet the requirements of the automotive industry?
The dimensional tolerance of our CNC precision machining can reach ±0.01mm, which can meet the automotive industry’s requirements for high precision, high stability and high consistency of components. Yes. We undertake small-batch sampling, medium-batch trial production and large-batch mass production at the same time. What is the lead time for sampling and mass production respectively?
– Sampling/prototypes: Generally 3–7 working days (depending on the complexity of the structure) – Mass production: Generally 7–15 working days (adjusted according to order quantity and process scheduling). We will provide a clear lead time when quoting and deliver strictly according to the plan.

Can you provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) suggestions?

What materials do you mainly process?
Commonly used materials include: aluminum alloy (6061, 7075, 5052, etc.), stainless steel, carbon steel, magnesium alloy, engineering plastics (POM, PA, PEEK, etc.), which can meet the needs of automotive lightweight, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.

Yes. We have long-term experience in processing special parts for new energy vehicles, such as EV battery cooling plates, motor housings, electronic control structural parts, thermal management modules, lightweight brackets, etc., and are familiar with the structural characteristics, sealing and heat dissipation requirements of EV parts.

What inspections are conducted before shipment?
We implement full-process quality control for each batch of products: raw material inspection → in-process dimensional inspection → full inspection/sampling of finished product dimensions → appearance inspection → performance testing (such as waterproof, air tightness, hardness, etc.). How to handle quality problems after sales?
We have established a complete after-sales response mechanism: we will respond within 24 hours after receiving feedback and provide a solution within 48 hours. If it is confirmed to be our quality problem, we can provide rework, repair, replenishment and other handling methods to protect customer rights and interests.
