1. What Is CNC Machining?

CNC machining is a high speed, high precision manufacturing process. You take a block or billet of material and cut away at it with a series of tools and drill bits, removing material to make a part or product. At Best Parts tolerances are controlled to DIN-2678-1 Fine for metals and Medium for plastics as standard.Experienced quality personnel ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded at all stages of production in custom industrial processing.

3. CNC Milling

CNC milling is used to apply machined surface finishes on plastic or metal, or to create complex 3D shapes. We use advanced 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining centers to quickly change tools, which can complete the rapid processing and forming of complex parts. More introduction to Milling......



4. Electric-Discharge Machining (EDM)

Alternately referred to as die sinking and spark machining — is a process that molds workpieces into particular shapes with electrical sparks. With EDM, current discharges occur between two electrodes, and this removes sections of a given workpiece.
Subtypes of EDM include:
Wire EDM, whereby spark erosion is used to remove portions from an electronically conductive material.

Sinker EDM, where an electrode and workpiece are soaked in dielectric fluid for the purpose of piece formation.
